This day was an unforgettable day in my life. This is the day I have been thinking again and again for the past six years in my life. I had braces on my teeth after a series of inspection. The decision was really hard to me because I am a person who can not bear pain. However, throughout my life in school there were always people that liked to make fun of my teeth. After consideration and conversations with my parents, I finally had the chance to change my situation of being teased by my schoolmates.

Of course having braces on my teeth was really inconvenient in doing many things. I had to clean my teeth after eating anything that might stuck in the braces. Many food that are too hard or easy to get stuck were also forbidden like guava, corn, and needle mushrooms were those I rarely eat at that time. The most important thing was to fully clean up the braces in case of a decayed tooth, because it was not good to your original teeth. As a proverb goes, practice makes perfect. After a period of time, I gradually get used to and try to live with the braces peacefully. I got tips to clean it up and eat suitable things with it.

Finally this day has come to me! After 659 days of suffering and innumerable tears, my doctor finally set me free before she quit the job in hospital. The whole therapy was separated into two period of time, because they have to use another model of my teeth after taking off the braces in order to make a new stabilizer according to my neatly arranged teeth.
(This is one of the stabilizer that I am using now.)
Although taking off the braces does not make any easier to my teeth because the stabilizer must be put into my teeth the whole time instead of drinking drinks or eating. However, getting to see my teeth after such a long time was still an exciting thing to me. And also listening to others' commendation to my improvement is an honor to all those I have gone through. Thanks to the support from my parents, they gave me a chance to change peoples' impression to me.
