First of all, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!
Though new year had already passed almost a week, it is still thrilled that a year had passed and time sure goes fast! Since I get to the age of 19, many unpleasant things happen day by day. It doesn't make a big different because actually new year is just another 24 hour that passed by. Somehow this still have an influence to me, and I try to believe I can have a different life afterwards.
The end of 2013 was still a disaster at the beginning of the day. I overslept my badminton class and nearly couldn't make it to the quiz of that class. Since the day being as a reception personnel of DAFL drama, I caught a serious flu and had been sick for a long time. Running nose and phlegm in my throat made me hard to talk, breathe and even cause difficulty when eating. Just as I thought it couldn't get any worse of this day, more tragedy kept happening. Three groups of students made an appointment with me until 9 o'clock which meant on this day I still had to work until nine. However, the first meeting group stood me up. When I called the team leader, he misunderstood what teacher said and directly canceled the meeting without informing me at first. As a result, I had to move all the meeting forward which caused a lot of trouble.
Finally, everything had come to an end. I got to home early and took a shower before going out.

This is the first time I have the chance to do the new year countdown at outside. My parents always said it was too dangerous and cold when you are alone outside. Also crossing 2013 to 2014 in Chinese means a whole lifetime(一生一世), so many people tend to celebrate with friends or lover outdoors which made it more crowded this year.
Besides doing the new year countdown, I luckily went to Mount Ali/Alishan (阿里山) to see the first sunrise of 2014. And this experience was really unforgettable and words failed me as I tried to describe how touching it was to see it with my own eyes. I made a simple wish when watching the sunrise, "To be safe and sound during this year."
(Many people were waiting anxiously for the sunrise.)
