The last activity before the end of the first semester of sophomore in DAFL association is holding a winter camp at an elementary school of Mailiao (麥寮). It was a two day activity which was carried out in English. The main purpose of this activity is to help those children that live around countryside to have a better chance to know English and have passion in learning it.
As a matter of fact, I am afraid of interacting with children because many of them are so energetic and hard to control. I was so worried what should I do to have a better relationship with them. Fortunately, kids were very eager to play with us.
Though the weather was awfully cold and the wind was unbelievable strong, we still overcome these hard conditions and presented the best of us to them. After going through these, it was very warm to have gratitude from them which make us feel worthy of holding this winter camp!
